This is a lot of 32 (thirty two) fossil shells recovered from Florida's famous Tamiami formation (Hawthorn Group). This deposit is in rich in Pliocene and Miocene invertebrates and this locality is known for it's well-preserved and finely-detailed specimens. This lot contains fossilized coral, bivalves, and gastropods. Invertebrates are not my speciality, so I don't know what species they are. The Tamiami formation is well documented online, so ID'ing these pieces shouldn't be too difficult.
