NWA 2778 is a single-stone meteorite find that was recovered out the Saharan Desert of Morocco in 2004. It was analyzed and classified as a H4 chondrite with shock level of S2 and a weather level of S4. It has a darkened matrix with plentiful faint chondrules and sparse metal flecks. There was less than a half a kilo of this meteorite prior to classification and cutting. It is rarely seen on the collector market now and I cannot get any more of it.
The specimen being offered here is an endcut. It weighs 3 grams.
