NWA 6755 is an old Saharan chondrite that was provisionally classified, but was never officially approved. Many early NWA chondrite never made it out of provisional status because classification rules were different and the classifying scientists never submitted the proper paperwork to have the meteorite approved by NomCom. In this case, the meteorite was recovered out of the NWA dense collection area and was determined to be an ordinary chondrite - the final petrologic class was never published. This meteorite briefly appeared on the collector market and then disappeared back into obscurity. I acquired a single micromount as part of a larger collection purchase. This locality has also been called "Sebaiera".
