NWA 806, Early Saharan LL4 Meteorite, Micromount

NWA 806 is an early (low-numbered) meteorite that was recovered in April 2001 in Morocco during the early days of the Saharan gold rush. It was classified by Dr. Alan Rubin at UCLA. It is an LL4 chondrite that is mildly shocked and heavily weathered (S2/W5). This is another one of those obscure collector meteorites that you don't see on the market very often.
