This is a genuine ticket stub from the historic game seven of the 1964 World Series of baseball between the New York Yankees and the St. Louis Cardinals. The Cardinals won the game by a score of 7 to 5.

This series was the historic last run of the Yankees dynasty that included several Hall of Fame legends - Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, Whitey Ford, and Yogi Berra. The Cardinals featured legendary pitcher Bob Gibson and the series is considered a changing of the guard from the old dynasties to the new league that included more African-American and Latino players. 

Game Seven featured Mickey Mantle's record breaking 3-run homer that broke Babe Ruth's record and it was Mantle's last World Series homerun.

These ticket stubs are very collectible and this one is in fine condition - no creases or flaws. It is still crisp and ready for framing or slabbing.
