This is a lot of alligator (Alligator mississippiensis) bones found while fossil hunting in the Peace River of Florida. There is a total of nine (9) pieces in this lot. You get all of the pieces shown. Note, these bones are not fossilized and are from the Holocene period.

This lot contains a couple of leg bones, a couple of rib bones, part of an arm/leg, and four (4) osteoderms (armor plates/scutes).

These bones have been mechanically cleaned and rinsed with bleach. They are safe to handle.
