This collector set features a scale model of the NASA Apollo Lunar Lander and a micromount part-slice of lunar meteorite.
The model is made of thin metal and is assembled without glue. The finished product would make an ideal prop for a lunar meteorite display. With that in mind, I have paired the model kit with a part slice Layounne 002 lunar meteorite (.045mg). Note, the lunar meteorite specimen is a flat polished part slice that is suitable for microscope study.
The model kit is NOS (new old stock) from the Cape Canaveral gift shop and is unopened. The meteorite specimen comes with a labeled gemjar.
