This is a fossil hash of Crinoids embedded in limestone matrix. It is from the Silurian Period (approx. 420 million years ago). The specimen has countless Crinoids and Crinoid fragments in it.
Locality : Brassfield Formation, Oakes Quarry Park, Dayton Ohio (USA).
