This is an alligator (alligator mississippiensis) scapula bone recovered from Pleistocene deposits in the Peace River of Florida's Bone Valley formation (approx. 11,000 to 2,500,000 years ago). This specimen is not fully mineralized and represents a late Pleistocene or Holocene example.
