This collector set features a fine example of a Lichtenberg figure and a Saharan fulgurite. Both illustrate the power and beauty of lightning and electricity.
The Lichtenberg figure is set in an acrylic square that measures 50mm x 50mm (2 inches square) and is approx. 12.5mm thick (1/2 inch). It has a beautifully detailed Lichtenberg structure with many fine filaments and feathery arcs left behind by escaping electrons in the discharge. The figure fills the entire square.
Also included is a Saharan fulgurite purchased out of Morocco. This piece of petrified lightning measures approx. 20mm long and comes in a small glass vial.
