This stylish unisex glass pendant is ready to hang from a necklace of your choice (chain not included). Inside the hollow glass pendant is an authentic piece of fossil Mammoth (Mammuthus Columbi) tusk ivory. This material is legal to own because it is fossilized (approx. 13,000 to 5,000,000 years old, Pliocene to Pleistocene periods) and it does not originate from any living extant species. This piece of tusk was recovered from the famous Bone Valley formation (Florida) from fossil deposits along the Peace River.
This pendant has a brassy finish and is approx. 1 inch in length (24mm). The hole for the chain measures approx. 3mm (closer to 2.5). A necklace is not included with this pendant.
