This clear acrylic display box features genuine fulgurites. Fulgurites are the result of a lightning strike that hits the ground and melts the soil/sand into a hard glassy substance. Fulgurites are also called "petrified lightning". These specimens were recovered from the Saharan desert in Morocco.
This offer is for one display box that contains 2 or 3 fulgurites. The display box measures 3.25 inches x 2 inches x 1 inch in size. The specimens in the box were all hand-selected for size and shape. Each fulgurite is approx. 1.5 to 2 inches long. Some are hollow and some are solid.
Note, I have one box with 3 fulgurites in it, the remainder all have two each. The specimens in the box with 3 are a little smaller, so that's why that box has 3 instead of 2.
