SAU 001 (Sayh al Uhaymir) is the first meteorite ever recovered from the Al-Wusta strewnfields in Oman. It was found in the year 2000, and it was originally classified as an L4/5, but a more recent analysis has determined it to be an L5. It is an attractive meteorite known for it's metal flecks and clasts.
