This is vintage labor union dues book. It is from the 1955 Amalgamated Meat Cutters and Butcher Workmen of America (AMCBW). This union existed from 1897 to 1979 and was affiliated with the AFL-CIO. This union is mentioned in Upton Sinclair's seminal work on the organized labor movement "The Jungle".
It is in excellent condition with no flaws and only typical aging-wear that is expected with an item of this age. The spine is still tight and all of the pages are intact. It is full of due stamps and handwritten notations.
