This is a wire-wrapped, fossil shark tooth pendant. It is a lemon shark (Negaprion brevirostris) from the Miocene/Pliocene period (approx. 2.4 to 23 million years old). It was recovered from Florida's famous Bone Valley Formation (Peace River).
