Martian Meteorites

Meteorites from the planet Mars. These are meteorites which were blasted off the surface of the Mars by ancient asteroid impacts. The rocks were ejected from the Mars into space, where they later crossed the Earth's orbit and fell to Earth as meteorites. These meteorites have been analyzed by scientists and confirmed to be of Martian origin by matching chemical composition with known NASA Mars Rover data.
