NWA 10343 was first recovered out of the Saharan Desert of Morocco in 2013. It was analyzed and classified as a rare L-Melt Breccia (one of only 28 known) that is moderately shocked at S4 and lightly weathered at W2. It consists of a recrystallized and melted matrix with shock veins and relict chondrules.
